How to Brew:
You’ll need:
30g coarsely ground coffee (like sea salt)
Ice cubes
360ml cold water
Step-by-step:
1. Add coffee to the filter basket – avoid fine grinds to prevent clogging.
2. Gently pour enough water to saturate the grounds evenly and keep them flat.
3. Place the metal or paper filter on top of the coffee bed for even water distribution.
4. Insert the filter basket into the upper chamber and close the valve.
5. Assemble the dripper over the glass server.
6. Fill ice to the first line and pour water up to the '4' mark.
7. Open the valve to the slowest drip setting – around 7 drops every 10 seconds.
8. Pop the lid on and let the magic happen. Your cold brew will be ready in 2–4 hours.
